No worries! We will send you another impression kit, free of charge.
When will the custom night guard arrive?
Upon receiving your impression, your guard will usually be shipped in 72 hours, and it will take 4-6 business days to arrive.
What if my custom guard doesn't fit?
This is very rare. However, if it does happen, please email support@sweetguards.com. We will adjust your guard to your 100% satisfaction or send you a new impression kit and craft a new guard for you at no charge.
How do I clean and store my night guard?
To clean your night guard, we recommend using a soft bristle toothbrush and scrub gently and thoroughly with room temperature water & mild soap only (toothpaste, mouthwash, alcohol, and other cleaners are not recommended). After use, rinse the night guard with tap water, air dry, and then store it in the container at a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight.
What is your return/refund policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your custom guard, we'll adjust your guard until you are 100% satisfied, or craft a new guard for you. If the new guard still doesn't work, you can still return it for a full refund.
