Got my Sweetguards night mouthpiece and after one night it is as good as the more expensive one my doctor made for me a few years back.

Positives: Instructions on how to make the mold are pretty clear. A little hesitant on doing it all myself, but if you follow the instructions it worked easily.

Like the options on the fitting. I chose medium thickness, and it was solid but not bothersome as over the counter ones at drugstores are.

Also their customer service was really good. I had a couple of back and forths prior and after sending in my molds, and they came back quickly and reissured me that if there was a problem, we'd do the process again at no charge.

Sending them pics of the mold impression is required, and actually makes total sense as they can ask you to redo the impression if they are not confident it is going to work. I'd wait a day for them to look at the pics before sending it back to them in case there is an issue.

Negatives--I was a little skeptical of the pricing for just one guard, but they offer additonal ones at a discount as I suspected they would. It is still not a "cheap" product, but it also is less expensive than what the dentist is doing--and of course they are also just taking impressions and sending them off.

So I recommend this do it yourself product if you are pretty confident you can follow instructions. Just don't bite deeply into the mold as they want an impression only!

I ordered the guard after my dentist quoted me 4 times more the price of this guard. Not expecting great quality, but I was wrong. It is extremely nice, fitted and I cannot even feel it while I sleep. I have used 3 other guards and by all means, this one is perfect.

The impression is so easy to take. Sending pictures for initial verification was a great idea as it made me more confident in the result. The guard came quick and it fits perfectly. Previously I had a dentist made guard but my gag reflex was so horrible I could never use it. Now I'm happy, no gag whatsoever, fits prefectly everytime and You can barely feel it's in your mouth. I can sleep! Thank you.

This is my first night guard. I'm so happy with the product and the customer service. It fits great! The directions were super easy to follow and they were approved and delivered quickly after I sent them back in. I'm telling everyone in my family about this company.

The instructions were clear and the kit came with a spare set to practice. The turnaround was very quick and the guard fits perfect!
