I placed my order direct to Sweetguard on a Monday and received the kit on Wednesday! Thursday I took my impressions and texted them that I might have done one incorrectly. 5 minutes later they texted me back to send them a text photo. I sent them a photo of a side by side impression and 5 minutes later they said they were good so I sent them in. To my amazement, I received the finished guard on Saturday! I snapped them in and felt tremendous pressure on my lower teeth. Pain too. I texted them on this fact and 10 minutes later they sent me a tooth diagram indicating what tooth # was being affected, also stating that they were normally closed on the weekends. I gave them the number and they replied that their technicians will take a look at it on Monday. On Tuesday I received the new guard and it fit perfectly! I've been wearing it for 3 weeks now and am sleeping without any discomfort. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced! The product is excellent too! FYI...I went direct to get an upgraded model not offered through Amazon.
